Important Booking Information
Pay in Full: You will be charged one time at checkout (10% discount applied). No further payments are required.
Non-Refundable Payments: All payments are non-refundable under any circumstances.
Substitution Policy: If you are unable to attend, you may request to transfer your spot to another individual approved in writing by Late Checkout Travel Club. All substitution requests must be submitted no later than 60 days prior to the trip start date. You are fully responsible for finding a replacement guest and for any costs associated with the transfer.
Travel & Flights: Airfare is not included. Guests are responsible for booking and paying for their own flights to/from Liberia International Airport (LIR).
What’s Included: Your stay, chef-prepared meals, curated activities, transportation, and plenty of drinks and bites to keep the good times flowing.
What’s Not Included: If you’d like to go beyond what’s offered—extra cocktails, personal shopping, or add-on activities—that’s on you.
Travel Insurance: Not included, strongly recommended. Policies with Cancel For Any Reason (CFAR) coverage are advised for maximum flexibility.
Group Experience: This is a small-group trip. By booking, you agree to participate respectfully and kindly in a shared villa environment with other guests.
Health & Safety: Guests are responsible for ensuring they meet all entry requirements for Costa Rica, including valid passport and any health/vaccination requirements.
