You are responsible for your own belongings and personal well-being during the trip. While we do everything we can to create a safe environment, Late Checkout Travel Club is not liable for lost or stolen items, damaged property, or any injuries, illnesses, or medical emergencies that may occur.

Flights, delays, cancellations, or missed connections are outside of our control. Guests are responsible for arranging and covering any additional costs that come from unexpected changes to their travel schedule. For this reason, we strongly recommend travel insurance to help protect against medical emergencies, trip cancellations, or lost luggage.

Some activities (such as swimming, boating, or excursions) come with inherent risks. Participation is completely voluntary, and by joining, you accept responsibility for your decision to take part.

During the trip, we often capture photos and videos to share memories and promote future adventures. By attending, you grant Late Checkout Travel Club permission to use images or recordings that may include you, for promotional or marketing purposes, without limitation.

Finally, to protect the group experience, we reserve the right to remove any guest whose behavior is unsafe, disruptive, or harmful to others. Any costs associated with an early departure would be the responsibility of that guest.
